Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures(TCFD)
In March 2023, we announced our support for the TCFD recommendations.
We also agree with the activity guidelines set forth by the TCFD Consortium in Japan, and are participating in the Consortium with the expectation of participating in international discussions and disseminate information.

We will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and further enhance our corporate value by promoting climate change-related information disclosure based on TCFD recommendations and by continuing to conduct our business activities in an even more environmentally friendly manner.

Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)
In May 2023, we joined SBTi's certification program for small and medium-sized companies. We have set a target to reduce Scope1/2 emissions by 42% from 2020 levels by 2030.

UN Global Compact
In April 2024, we signed the United Nations Global Compact.
We will support and implement the Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.

YAMADA has been awarded a “Bronze Medal” in EcoVadis sustainability assessment.: October 24, 2024
YAMADA has received a “BRONZE” rating for the consolidated group in the 2025 Sustainability Survey by EcoVadis, an international evaluation organization (headquartered in France).
EcoVadis is an organization that evaluates corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of more than 130,000 companies in 220 industries in 180 countries around the world in the four areas of Environment, Labor & Human rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
The “BRONZE” rating is given to companies in the top 35% of the companies evaluated.
Going forward, we will continue to position our sustainability initiatives as an important social mission, and will promote initiatives that consider the global environment and society in all areas of our corporate activities through our core business.
